  Touchstone did a fantastic job of replacing our hail damaged roof. Our project manager, Loren Jacques, was diligent about personally overseeing the work. He also worked with both our insurance company and our HOA to expedite the necessary approvals and claim adjustments. All the work, including painting, is high quality.   Matt Mangapitt from Touchstone is whom we first approached to assess our requirements for roofing issues and if possible replacement. He presented us quotes and explained us the items needed and also the GAF certification benefits.
Throughout the process of testing, scheduling, assessment and replacement an post replacement requirements there was an excellent information given to us and prompt support and replies were provided. We appreciated all the honest and professional feedback and support from Touchstone LLC and their team. The work was scheduled and completed in timely manner.
We were also pleased with the extra mile support Matt  gave us with mending few fences, fixing chimney base and associated wood painting and replacements. He managed to explain us each and every detail and aspect of roofing.
We requested for dryer vent issue post install and he was very helpful and covered the issue as well.
